Families are not “standard” and the “standard” orders do not always work.

  • Elderly/Vulnerable Population Family Planning

    We provide a format for family decision making by listening to the elder adult and allowing siblings to discuss the needs and to share in the responsibilities. We can discuss living arrangements, division of labor, and financial management. You can create an agreed solution to address just about any situation.

  • Community/Neighbor Mediation (small claims cases)

    Even the best neighbors have disagreements before those disagreements escalate and this ends up in court the parties can come to an agreement themselves without court intervention. When people are involved in creating the agreement we are more likely to follow the agreement and get along better in the future.

  • HOA Mediation

    HOA disputes can cause stress to an entire community. When these arise we can help. We do not represent the HOA. We do not represent the homeowner. We concentrate on facilitating communication between these groups and assisting in creating a forward-looking solution.

  • School/Student Mediation

    Students spend much of their time at school so of course disputes are going to arise at school. Parents often feel as though the school is not listening while teachers and administrators often feel as though their hands are tied and they are overwhelmed. We can provide an avenue for the student, parents, and school personnel to give their perspective and ensure that everyone hears each other. We can then work on coming to a beneficial solution.

    Adults spend much of time at work and many disagreements can come up at work. These disagreements can escalate quickly and have an effect on the entire workplace. We can help resolve disputes between co-workers and between the company and an employee. Creating plans to address disputes will give everyone tools to use the avoid future conflicts and this can only improve the workplace environment.
